费森血透机CPHT报警说明及其处理贵阳罗工CPHT（周期性压力保持测试=CyclePressure Holding Test）After closing V24 and V24B and opening the V26 the machine will check thecompliance of the hydraulic.关闭V24和V24B后，打开V26机器将检查水路1. Compliance check:一致性检测After the start of the CPHT the UF pumpwill do 1 stroke开始CPHT测试之后超滤泵动作一次à if the pressure change is < 50 mmHg the UF pumpwill do one more stroke à如果压力变化值< 50 mmHg 超滤泵将会做更多次动作à from the dialysate pressure change the machine cancalculate the compliance of the hydraulic, that means if there is a Diasafefilter is installed or two Diasafe filters in case ofOnline Plus etc.à从析液压力改变机器可以计算水路一致性，如果有一个或两个Diasafe过滤器安装Diasafe过滤器的Online Plus等等à if after the second stroke of the pump the pressurechange is still < 50 mmHg (in case of a leakage, air in the system or wrong pressure measurementà如果超滤泵第二次动作之后，压力改变依然< 50 mmHg（假设有泄漏，系统进空气，或者压力传感器测量错误）à CyclicPHT F01will occur
à将会出现Cyclic PHT F01错误（1）. Too much air in the filters(Diasafe/ Onlineplus) e.g. after filter change 太多的空气在过滤器中（Diasafe/ Onlineplus）等。填充过滤器（2）. Too much air in thesecondary air separator (e.g. ASP malfunction). Check protective earthresistance at the socket. 太多空气在二次空气分离器中（例如：ASP泵故障）。检查插座到机器的安全接地线接地线电阻（3）. Leakage on V 24/ 24b/ 26/43/ dialysate pressure transducer/ relief valve电磁阀V24/V24B/V26/V43泄漏，透析液安全调压阀（78阀）泄漏。（4）. The system used includes the Diasafe option--> Yes --> Is the Diasafe test being performed --> No--> CPU2/array 2/ DIP switch 1 must be set to ON in any case. 机器使用Diasafe选项--> Yes ->Diasafe测试被执行--> No-> CPU2/ array 2/ DIP switch 1 无论如何必须设置为 ON（5）. 2. After thecompliance check the machine will calculate the expected balancing error:合规检查后机器将计算预期的平衡错误: The pressure value measured bytransducer 9 should be quite stable被9号压力传感器检测得的压力值应该是相当稳定的à if thepressure is not stable (in case of a leakage) 如果压力不稳定(万一发生泄漏)的情况下à CyclicPHT F02will occur (calculated balancing error > ± 125 ml/h)将会出现Cyclic PHTF02错误报警（平衡计算错误> ± 125 ml/h）(注：可设置LP632-1-5 on,机器在模拟透析下，每2分钟测试一次CPHT,并且显示当前balancing error XX ml/h,可更直观的判断。)
3.
